Kevin MorlockKevin is the absolute professional; you can always count on him to provide excellent service to his customers. He has been a full time guide in West Michigan for almost 10 years. Kevin is a skilled and knowledgeable angler who enjoys sharing the art of fishing with all his clients. He loves guiding, often saying “what other job could I spend the day on a beautiful river, sharing my passion for fishing with great people”. Of interest, Kevin finished the Iditarod in 2007, an 1,100 mile long dog sled race across Alaska; he is 1 of less than 650 people that have finished the race in 35 years. Jed being a cowboy
Jed with Grayling in Alaska |
Jed LitwillerJed is a great guide. He is a full time guide spending fall through spring with Indigo and his summers at Wilderness Place Lodge in Alaska. We cannot remember ever having a single complaint about Jed in over five years. Even under tough conditions we can always count on Jed to do a perfect job. We call Jed “the cowboy” because he used to be a professional bull rider. But these days he looks more like a fishing guide than a cowboy, trading in his cowboy hat and wrangler jeans for a baseball cap and simms waders. Jed likes to live life to its fullest and can keep you entertained with all of his stories. He also has an endless amount of jokes; a few of them are even funny. Jed’s only problem is that he is very popular and it’s hard to find an open space on his calendar. Jed is endorsed by and proud to use Professional accomplishments: You may have heard or read about Jed in: jed@indigoguideservice.com

Jory with a night brown trout
Jory with a Steelhead on a guided trip
Jory with another awesome night brown trout |
Jory DirkseJory is either working at Baldwin Bait & Tackle, on a guided trip or fishing for fun—he’s a classic “trout bum”. If you want a young, up and coming guide with tons of energy, then Jory is for you. We talked to Jory about not keeping his customers out so long, not everyone wants to fish from sun-up to sun-down like he does. Jory has a very easy and laid back personality and is a lot of fun to spend the day with.

Nate Wilson Nate Wilson is the newest fishing guide of the Indigo Guide team. During the summer months, Nate guides clients down the rivers of Alaska. He works for the Wilderness Place Lodge as a fishing guide for King, Sliver, Pink, Sockeye, and Chum Salmon. When the salmon are scarce he guides for the big trout in the rivers. He is knowledgeable in both lure and fly fishing. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of fishing with anyone who is interested. When Nate is not fishing he is hunting Whitetail deer, trying to figure out how to kill his next big buck.
